I'm looking foward to trying this out. I recognize that my right leg pronates to the right, so I was trying to walk with my legs more facing foward, and my knee was hurting. I guess that make sense since it's a new way of walking. However, I can see how both feet facing foward make a person go foward. I just don't want my legs too close together. So, I'm reading, and not doing, yet ;)
Question of the day: Will I be given a new pair of wings?
