#4 ChiRunning: A Revolutionary Approach to

My twin took me out to dinner yesterday, but first we bought books we could read. This was mine. I'm reading #3 and #4 at the same time. I'll focus on #3, but I'm up to page 36.

I can handle the laws of physics for running. It makes sense to me. Not so long ago people could run miles and miles effortlessly. They had fleet footed animals as guides or as contemporaries. I'm looking forward to running effortlessly.

Question of the day: How does a effortless run feel at 102 degrees. Ohmygawd! Was it hot today!
