I can understand the idea that the quantity of foods need to be increased in order to feed the poor of the world. However, there has been incredible misguided policy. Who thought of chemicals without the affects, who sells the chemicals, and who buys them, and what country supports the seller? It's not that hard to figure out. It is such a blatant disrespect for the water, all goes into the water; from groundwater into streams into etc. Water is the blood of the earth, and it is carrying disease. Clean the water with what was acceptable millions of years ago, and it will be back to it's healthy state, ready to work for us. The thought of farmed fish with all of the antibiotics in the water is disgusting. That is plain ol' disgusting.

Question of the day - how much ill affects of the farmed fish are felt on the skin of every sunbather on the Jersey Shore?
